Butcher Table

The game has a new structure - Butcher Table. Mobs no longer drop pickups upon death. Instead, you have to bring their corpse over to a butcher table, and cut it up to obtain their meat, whether alien, animal, or human.

Hot dog

I've also added a new food - Hot dogs. Because why not. The recipe is 1x Animal Meat, 5x Wheat. There will more animals that trader would sell in the future (i.e chicken, buffalo, etc)... 

Wheat

Traders now sell wheat seeds, which you can plant and grow to create more wheat. Wheat is an ingredient for hot dog, but it'll be used more in the future for foods like pizza/pasta.
